We are run by office-technology specialists who were frustrated by how much the industry relies on opaque quotes and locked-in contracts. What we do
We help office managers, finance leads and SME owners compare like-for-like quotes on A4 mono lasers, A4 and A3 colour MFPs, and managed print services. You tell us what you need — paper size, expected monthly pages, whether colour matters, and any scanning or finishing requirements — and we match you with three to five vetted lease suppliers. Each quote lands with the monthly lease, the black-and-white click charge, the colour click charge, the contract length, and what is actually included in maintenance. Why we stay independent
Printer leasing is notorious for commission structures that quietly push salespeople towards the most expensive option that fits on a datasheet. We chose a flat, per-introduction model so our recommendations do not skew by manufacturer or margin. If a £29-a-month Brother mono laser is genuinely right for a five-person studio, that is what we surface — not a £90 colour MFP that looks more profitable to the industry but costs the customer four years of overpayment. Independence is dull to sell but it is the only reason a comparison service is worth using.
